Q: What happens if the breast implant leaks?

Sometimes the implants may leak and deflate. With saline breast implants, the body simply and harmlessly absorbs the liquid. If this does happen, you may choose to have the breast implant replaced to correct the problem. Additionally, silicone implants may also be used. These too have been proven safe.
